Jill’s Style of Yoga
Power Yoga. An athletic and challenging style of yoga based on the Vinyasa or Flow methodology. It involves sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bends, arm balances, and inversions. It warms the body through focused, conscious breath, and flowing movement. This practice promotes strength, stamina, stretch, balance, and much more.
Beginners are challenged to learn and integrate these poses into their practice and experienced students are offered guidance and support to practice at their edge.
